Our knowledgeable staff has experience in both single-family residences and multi-family properties ranging from new construction to historical homes and everything in between. We recognize that all properties are unique in their needs and are well versed in fair housing standards, HUD leasing protocol, and government assistance programs, including Section 8.

Our software is powered through industry leader Appfolio Services. Their software allows for 24/7 access to your monthly financial reports, property inspections and leases documents. We are also able to deposit your monthly payments via ACH, ensuring your payments reach you promptly.

Vacancies are costly and we take a creative approach to reduce rent loss. Using innovative marketing strategies, we tailor a specialized marketing plan for each vacancy including print, online and social media advertising. We have outreach agreements with a variety of local employers and relocation departments to ensure that we’re reaching the most qualified prospects in the quickest period of time. In addition to our own web were we utilize over 45 industry standard sites including Zillow, For Rent, Trulia, Hotpads, and Realtor.Com. We also heavily promote on Craigslist and our local Facebook marketplace.

We screen all tenants extensively by verifying both current and all past rental history and employment, obtaining pet references and performing credit and background checks. During residency, we provide semi-annual inspection reports on every property that include photos. Inspections are uploaded to your online account so they may be easily reviewed at any point in time.

In addition to our property management services, we are pleased to offer discounted rates to our owners through our preferred vendors and also have our own in-house maintenance technicians, ensuring all jobs are handled efficiently and at cost without unnecessary additional markups.
